This website is operated by VV8 Media (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this site or engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
These terms apply to all users, clients, and visitors.
2. Services
VV8 Media provides video production, photography, and content creation services for brands, events, and individuals.
All services are governed by:
Written agreements (SOW / proposal)
Defined deliverables
Agreed timelines
No work begins without confirmation of scope and payment terms.
3. Bookings & Payments
A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to secure dates
Remaining balance is due before final delivery
Late payments may delay delivery
Rush delivery or additional edits may incur extra fees
Failure to pay voids usage rights.
4. Deliverables & Revisions
Each project includes a defined number of deliverables and revision rounds.
Additional revisions beyond scope are billed
Turnaround times depend on project scope
Raw files are not included unless explicitly stated
Scope creep = additional cost. No exceptions.
5. Ownership & Usage Rights
VV8 Media retains full copyright ownership of all content created.
Clients receive a license to use content based on agreed terms:
Organic social use
Paid advertising (if included)
Commercial use (if included)
Extended usage, licensing, or buyouts require additional fees.
VV8 Media reserves the right to use all content for:
Portfolio
Marketing
Promotion
Unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Securing locations and permissions
Providing accurate timelines
Ensuring access to subjects/venues
Reviewing deliverables within a reasonable timeframe
Delays caused by the client do not shift delivery timelines.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable
Rescheduling is allowed with sufficient notice (case-by-case)
Last-minute cancellations may require full payment
8. Liability
VV8 Media is not liable for:
Uncontrollable conditions (weather, venue restrictions, lighting limitations)
Third-party failures (audio feeds, venue staff, etc.)
Missed content due to restricted access or client-side issues
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
9. Intellectual Property & Restrictions
Clients may not:
Resell or redistribute content
Alter content in a way that damages brand integrity
Claim authorship of the work
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
11. Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
